The Center Director is responsible for the overall leadership, operations, and regulatory compliance of the childcare center. This role ensures a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children while managing staff, enrollment, and parent relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

  • ✔Oversee daily center operations and ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
  • ✔Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff
  • ✔Maintain enrollment levels and manage parent relationships
  • ✔Monitor program quality and curriculum implementation
  • ✔Manage budgets, scheduling, and staff performance evaluations
  • ✔Prepare for and manage licensing inspections

Requirements:

  • ✔Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
  • ✔Experience in childcare management
  • ✔Strong leadership and organizational skills
